FORMAT

Rounds are 2x session of 15min each

Teams may only have Two (2) teams of Five (5) players and up to Three (3) subs

RULES

Each team can have up to Three (3) substitutes. These are rolling substitutes and the game need not be stopped prior to substitution. This only applies if goalkeeper is changed.
